AN ACT
To enact section 5.2214 of the Revised Code to designate the month of October
as "Ohio Hepatitis C Awareness
Month."
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:
SECTION 1 . That section 5.2214 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as
follows:
Sec. 5.2214. The month of October is designated as "Ohio
hepatitis C awareness month," to increase public awareness of
hepatitis C as an emerging health concern.
