A BILL
To enact sections 5533.55 and 5533.57 of the Revised Code to name the viaduct spanning the Ashtabula River, located in the city of Ashtabula and Ashtabula Township, the "Reverend Dr. Sam Wells, Jr., Memorial Viaduct" and to designate the bridge that spans the Paddy Creek near the village of Proctorville in Lawrence County and is part of State Route 7 the "Judge Kenneth B. Ater Bridge."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That sections 5533.55 and 5533.57 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.55. The viaduct spanning the Ashtabula River, located in the city of Ashtabula and Ashtabula Township and being a part of the highway known as United States route number twenty, shall be known as the "Reverend Dr. Sam Wells, Jr., Memorial Viaduct."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers on the viaduct indicating its name.
Sec. 5533.57. The bridge spanning the Paddy creek near the village of Proctorville in Lawrence county and being a part of the highway known as state route number seven shall be known as the "Judge Kenneth B. Ater Bridge."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers on the bridge, or the approaches thereto, indicating its name.
