A BILL
To enact section 5533.92 of the Revised Code to
designate State Route 2 within Cuyahoga County
only as the "Carl B. Stokes Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.92 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.92. That portion of the road known as state route
number two, running in an easterly and westerly direction within
Cuyahoga county only, shall be known as the "Carl B. Stokes
Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
