A BILL
To enact section 5.2239 of the Revised Code to
designate the first Saturday following the first
Monday in September as "Lithopolis Honeyfest Day."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.2239 of the Revised Code be enacted
to read as follows:
Sec. 5.2239. The first Saturday following the first Monday in
September is designated as "Lithopolis Honeyfest Day," to honor
the annual honey festival held on that day in the village of
Lithopolis in Fairfield county.
