To amend section 755.29 of the Revised Code to increase the competitive bidding threshold for contracts entered into by a board of park trustees for certain municipal park improvements.

Section 1. That section 755.29 of the Revised Code be amended to read as follows:

Sec. 755.29.  The board of park trustees, before entering into any contract for the performance of any work, the cost of which exceeds ten twenty-five thousand dollars, shall cause plans and specifications and forms of bids to be prepared, and when adopted by the board, it shall have them printed for distribution among bidders.

Section 2. That existing section 755.29 of the Revised Code is hereby repealed.
