A BILL
To enact section 3379.071 of the Revised Code to
require the Ohio Arts Council to receive one per
cent of biennial general revenue fund
appropriations.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 3379.071 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 3379.071. One per cent of general revenue fund
appropriations in each biennium shall be made to the council for
development of the arts and shall be used for job creation and
cultural development.
