To amend section 2108.31 of the Revised Code to
permit persons who are sixteen to donate blood
with parental consent.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 2108.31 of the Revised Code be
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2108.31. Any person seventeen years of age or
may, without consent of the person's parent or guardian, donate
a voluntary blood program

Section 2. That existing section 2108.31 of the Revised Code
is hereby repealed.
