A BILL
To enact section 5533.378 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of State Route 172 in Stark
County as the "U.S.M.C. Sgt. Daniel J. Patron
Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.378 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.378. That portion of the road known as state route
number one hundred seventy-two, commencing at the intersection of
that route and Jackson avenue and proceeding in an easterly
direction to the intersection of that route and Perry drive within
Stark county only, shall be known as the "U.S.M.C. Sgt. Daniel J.
Patron Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
